• Facilitate THE IDEA OF CHANGE™ in client organizations through culture diagnostics, strategy sessions, and workshops. Organizational psychology, HR, change management, DEI, or consulting experience.

Leadership Coach / Facilitator

 

• Deliver individual and group coaching sessions using the IDEA Method. Certified coach (ICF preferred), experience in executive or professional coaching.

​

Learning Experience Designer

​

• Develop digital learning content, e-courses, and workshop materials aligned with IDEA pillars. Instructional design, adult learning, or educational technology.

​

Marketing & Brand Strategist

​

• Build and manage campaigns that communicate our mission across digital platforms. Digital marketing, storytelling, social media management, branding.

​

Project / Operations Manager

​

• Oversee client projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure measurable outcomes. Project management (PMP or equivalent), experience in consulting or learning organizations.

 

Podcast / Media Production Assistant

 

• Support the MakeRealChange Podcast and YouTube content strategy. Audio/video editing, storytelling, creative production.

Business Development Associate

​

• Identify partnership and sales opportunities for consulting, coaching, and merchandise. Sales, partnerships, or nonprofit development experience.

Faith & Workplace Integration Specialist 

​

• Help bridge faith-based principles with professional practices in leadership and organizational life. Ministry, theology, or counseling background with organizational experience.
